Function silc_skr_init

SYNOPSIS


    SilcBool silc_skr_init(SilcSKR skr);

DESCRIPTION


    Initializes a pre-allocated SilcSKR context.  This function is
    equivalent to silc_skr_alloc but takes pre-allocated context as
    argument.  Returns FALSE if initialization failed.
