SYNOPSIS 

    unsigned char *silc_channel_key_get_cipher(SilcChannelKeyPayload payload,
                                               SilcUInt32 *cipher_len);
DESCRIPTION 

    Return the name of the cipher from the payload. The caller must not
    free it.
